If you wish your order to be delivered outside the 50 mile radius we will be happy to provide you with a personal delivery quotation. e.g. Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, etc. Whether you buy in store or online we have flexible payment terms to suit you, including interest free credit options. There's no set up fee, no deposit, repayments remain totally interest free and the price you see is always the price you pay. "Sweet as a nut" The word mennis normally comes to mind after the name Dennis, well not this time. Me the missus and son entered DFS, we looked picked and signed on the dotted line. Thanks to Dennis everything went through smoothly and as Sweet as a nut. Even though he is a red. Nice one fella

Kept me waiting 43 days for a sofa with a broken recliner and had the cheek to tell me to do a job that I paid them £89.99 to do. I ordered my first sofa for my first flat which was a pleasant experience. Ellis provided attentive customer service and was clearly passionate about his work. I was told that I would receive a call when my sofa was ready to arrange delivery which was fine, but I was told that I would have a time slot booked the day before to remove a previous sofa and that I'd receive a call for this. I never received said phone call and I rang them up and told me that the removal timeslot should have been booked at the same time as the delivery of the new sofa. (An error on DFS part). On the day of delivery I contacted the store and spoke to Ellis who told me that the nearest collection date was Monday and that the delivery guys for the new sofa would be left a note asking them to take the sofa out of the property (and stored in the garden until Monday). When the delivery operatives arrived, they then said they are not insured for that kind of task. Leaving me with two large sofas in a small one bedroomed flat. Another phone call to DFS later and I was then apologized to, followed by "you could always get your mates to help you remove your old sofa". Yeah I'll fetch superman from down the road to do a job I paid DFS £89.99 for!!! To top it all off, the sofa was broken anyway. The right hand recliner doesn't even work. However, on the bright side an engineer is coming on Wednesday. Wonder if they're going to lend me their tools and watch me fix it? TL:DR; Paid for a service I didn't receive, got told to do it myself despite having back problems and was given a broken and expensive piece of furniture.

Very helpful let you browse at your leisure not pushy or hard sell just left to be yourself and help on hand if needed, very knowledgeably Which on our visit today eneded up buying not 1 but 2 sofas. Well worth a visit....

Very bad service I ordered 2 reclining chairs in January 2022 paid for them in cash £1800.00 Told delivery would be 26/6/2022 Delivery brought forward to the 1/6/2022. And. Van came on the 30/05/22 to collect the two old chairs ,received a message to say delivery would be 14.18 to 17.18 They never arrived sat on deck chairs for 1 day Telephone DFS to ask about delivery, they have no idea when they will arrive they could at the docks Or factory In the mean time I am sat on a deck chair, looking into cancelling i will not be dealing or recommending DFS to anyone I can not understand why they arranged to take my old chairs away It his a very bad organisation and I will be writing to head office customer service director, about my Complaint D Bowden
