Elizabeth B1 StarWent for a mini valet, it took a full hour (there were only 5 cars in there) and the car was dirty still. I had to point out the worst remaining areas for them to look at them and make a half-hearted effort to clean them up. Was then overcharged, and realised they'd snapped my windscreen wiper off once I got back on the main road!Monday 15th August 2022
