Never answer the phone, rings then goes to dad machine, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with, can’t even get through cos the retards won’t answer the phone and goes straight o fax machine, obviously do not need any customers, utter disgrace, Asians for you, no respect for anyone and very poor customer service skills, couldn’t talk if their life depended on it lol

Right from the start dealing with Diamond Windows has been an excellent experience. From the sales call to the installation the service was professional, courteous and helpful. The products are superb quality and fitted by experts to a very high standard. I have recently had a new windows and doors fitted. I saw a few different employees from Diamond Windows and all were very polite and professional. The installer completed the work and cleaned up properly when he had finished. The salesman was extremely helpful and pleasent to talk to. My door and windows look really nice and I am very happy with all aspects of Diamond Windows. I would without hesitation recommend Diamond Windows.
