Brilliant! I have an antique coat which I restored recently and they finished it off with a fabulous dry clean and press. The coat looks great and was ready in less than 48 hours. Great service and lovely staff too

I've used direct dry cleaning a few times and I'm usually pleased. I took an item in this week and when I picked it up I couldn't see the stain (from the way it was folded). I commented to the member of staff that I was pleased about it. She said there would be a note if it hasn't come out. When I got home it was still there. I rang just now to say that they should really tell people if it hasn't come out (I went home really pleased!) The woman I spoke to was rude and cut off me before I could finish. She offered to re-try but I don't think I'll take them up on the offer because the was so rude! I wasnt calling to complain it hadn't come out, I was calling to say customer service needed improving....and she was rude! You have lost a customer!
