The communication and service was excellent and the vehicle as of today is great and I'm sure if any problems were to arise they would be sorted swiftly.
Zakki who dealt with myself was professional and friendly.

Rusty Hennen1 StarPaid 6k for a van that turned up leaking oil, and spent over £1,000 to get it fixed at a reputable garage and they won't reimburse my money. So taking them to court. Don't trust these people!!!!!Friday 5th August 2022
ailie k5 StarHad been to several places to see similar cars however was impressed by these guys. They were able to accommodate a viewing and test drive at very short notice and were upfront about some minor marks on the car when I rang to enquire about it beforehand. Got a good deal on the car and they threw in some complimentary warranty. Received a courtesy call a week later from the owner which I thought was a nice gesture. Kvarten AB1 StarPurchased used van with fresh MOT. Had to take the van in for minor servicing shortly after and was told the van is not road worthy due to serious rust issues and holes on the chassis. It should not have passed the MOT under any circumstances. Spoke to van dealer who refused any knowledge, clearly the van dealer and the MOT centre work together on this little scheme. Had to pay for immediate welding work, one break was over 10 inches so this vehicle was a death trap. Direct Vans have given me £350 shut up about the matter. Will take them to court and have reported the MOT centre.Sunday 10th October 2021
