Fantastic service from start to finish. Cheapest quote by far but as they came recommended this did not worry me. Really helpful and patient staff despite me 1004 silly questions and mind changes. The guy who came t fit the door was great despite me working from home and having to keep disappearing and having a manic puppy! Really pleased wit the finished product. Thank you!

Just to clarify - no one said about selling the house as that is not true. We wanted a price for the replacement of the numerous blown windows in a conservatory as a starting price so we could see if it was affordable. Upon a reasonable quote per window we were then aiming to replace a number of conservatory windows. Rather than fail to respond to someone when you have agreed to provide them with a quote, perhaps next time just say on the day that “it’s not worth your time” and it would save everyone the hassle of chasing up people who don’t want the job. The poor customer service is quite evident when you look at the response to the 1 star google reviews. If I had looked at this beforehand I certainly wouldn’t have asked for a quote from this company. In reply to your response of “You asked me to come and quote for 7 or 8 pieces of double glazed glass in your conservatory. When l got there you said you were selling the house and only wanted to replace one tiny broken piece of glass. I was mislead, and felt that by the time l had surveyed it, ordered the glass, collected the glass, fitted the glass, taken the old piece to the tip, the labour charge, and time and effort weren't worth it. If you hadn't mislead me, and had told me it was only one tiny unit, l would have told you then, that a local handyman was your best option”

Very poor customer service. Came to quote on the cost of replacement windows and didn’t provide a quote. When ringing up to obtain the quote from Tony he said he didn’t bother to give us a quote because it wasn’t worth his time … that’s a shame considering we were thinking of replacing a full conservatory windows, kitchen window and sliding door. Unfortunately due to poor service he won’t be getting any of our business.

Fantastic service at a discounted price. It was the cheapest quote I got. Discount plastics was recommended to me. And I’m glad I used them. They was very helpful and friendly. and I always had quick responses. The delivery time was quick too. So all round it was a great service.

Do not arrive at 'dinner-time' as it's not convenient & also do not arrive on a Saturday morning as it's not convenient. Maybe this should be on their website so I can view the products at a 'convenient' time?? 2 for 1?? Would you care to elaborate?? As far as I'm concerned I ALWAYS paid for goods received?? I'm sorry I came to your shop at 'dinner-time' it won't happen again 'pal'
