Ordered online for my food to be delivered I waited for more than an hour had to drive to the place because their phones were not even working so I couldn’t follow up over the phone. Was then met by a rude guy who was not even apologetic for the pathetic service all he could say was system is down we will deliver your order in 15 minutes I refused to leave without my food had to wait 30 more minutes

Absolutely terrible. They accepted my order through a delivery app and stated they were prepping. About 20 mins later they cancelled the order and said they couldn't offer it. Not sure why they didint know what they had before accepting the order. Absolutely rediculous

Ordered £20 worth of food - x2 portions of Jalapeño poppers, x1 1/2 pounder cheese burger meal, x1 chicken strip meal INSTEAD we received received x3 chicken wings in a box on their own, a small pot of gravy, x1 portion of chips and a chicken burger NOT ONLY was every aspect of our meal wrong, but it was over 20 minutes late for delivery, and then when wanting to ring and complain, the shop had shut. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE FROM THE FOOD RIGHT TO THE SERVICE - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! if zero stars was an option, then that's what it would be rated.

Ordered two meals from this place just to receive the food without the drinks. I called up to make sure they make the food spicy with extra sauce and the man on the phone said he would do that for me but when I received the food it was dry and plain. I called the place again to ask them about the missing drinks they said I would need to report for Deliveroo and ended the phone on me. I am soo disappointed shame on you. Won’t be ordering from there again
