I know that the skills that Domino search for have more to do with "making pizzas", but is it too much to ask to check also on languages & people's skills? This review is obviously specifically addressed to the Ancoats shop, not Domino in general, but is it can be very frustrating when the staff cannot get even a name right, never mind an order! Long queues, staff getting all mixed up about which order is ready or not, and who ordered what!? Even on a Sunday evening there is no justifications for this poor service. Sorry, but not going back there any soon.

I never had any issues until today. I ordered a pizza for DELIVERY from them online but it never turned up, so I had to call them. The woman wasn't very helpful and repeated the same thing about me supposedly ordering it for collection even though I asked for a delivery. I had to walk all the way there only to pick up a pizza than had been left to go cold on a shelf. I had to reheat it in my oven. No offer to deliver it to me instead, no apology and poor customer service. It's a shame because my previous experiences were very good, so I have no idea what happened. Must be poor management. This needs to be sorted out.

Tried to ring up and they told me it was online order only, explained online order didn’t work and they hung up, poor. Customer service and no answer to my question
