Food was fine but the guy who served us was rude and ignored us while we waited to collect our order. he also refused to honour the 50% discount for blue light card holders despite the Internet site saying otherwise. We will never go there again. Domino's should be slammed for misguiding customers and that colleague definitely needs customer service training. if you don't like you job mate then get work elsewhere rather than taking it out on customers by being rude and petty. Shocking experience. shame I can't give zero stars 😔

I ordered online for a collection, I got in store and I can see my pizza ready on the shelf (it even disappeared from the screen) I waited almost 15 mins for someone to come and ask and check up on my order. The store was not busy, just poor customer service man. It happens all the time in that particular store. Just feels like they dont wanna serve u!! So disappointed with the service, never going back there again!!

Delivery took 45 min from leaving the store didn’t receive all my order phoned them was told driver will be back in 5 min and an hour later still no driver. Problem has now been resolved
