I don’t write reviews normally however I have just had an upsetting phone call with the manager at this dominos. There was a problem with the app and we got two deliveries of pizza. Although I tried to send it back the delivery driver said he wouldn’t take it and to speak to the store (that’s fine I understand it’s not his job to sort). When I spoke to the store I was told that it was my fault and what did I want him to do about it. Eventually got an email address from him but I was told I wouldn’t get refunded and I voucher was the best I could hope for. I understand that app issues must be very irritating for the local store but blaming customers and expecting them to pay for food that went in the bin unfortunately is out of order. Pizza was lovely but I’ll never be ordering from here again.

Having walked in the shop I was abruptly told that they can’t serve me as they’re to busy and after questioning it I was provoked enough to swear which of course means I would be refused to serve anyway. Naturally a business surely can’t keep staff like this

It took longer to deliver 1.2 m than it did to place cook and pay for my pizzas which was cold by time he arrived and judging by the other deliverys in his car hes multi dropping

The staff are not very good. Don't answer phones when they hear them ringing. Forget toppings even when they know about it. (Was inside the shop when I heard them say it) and still gave the pizza with out the topping. If you have allergies I would not come here as they couldnt care if it was wrong. One guy moved boxes 3 times before doing something. Like he was oblivious as to what was going on. Area manager is the only nice person knowing what there doing in the shop.
