Got Richard's number from the 'Streetwise Bamford and Norden magazine under 'Bamford & Norden Double Glazing Repairs'. Measured up for a number of blown windows and said he would get back to me in a few days. When I chased him up, he denied he'd ever been to the property, adding 'If I feel someone is getting alternative quotes from someone else, I don't waste my time doing a quote, I am not the cheapest'. He gets one star because I can't give him zero stars.

I wish I could give him zero stars. Phoned this man at the beginning of the week to book in for a quote to re align all windows and doors in my new home. He turns up after re arranging our booking due to him having a bad back and a chiropractor appointment. He Was about to start working but I stated I wanted a quote first for all of the work he was carrying out and he started telling me I’m wasting his time getting irate shouting and slamming and banging about all infront of my children. He’s broke my front door by slamming it whilst my children was frightened in the house.

Spoke to Richard asked him for a quote for a kitchen window for supply and fit. He said he will go measure up and supply the quote for insurance company. Richard turned up. The quote was for my aunty ... he maured the glass only.. I corrected him asked that I would like the full frame and window.. Richard got mad and stormed of the properly. I called him asked what had happened at th property I've been told u slammed the door. He said he is busy and felt he was lied to. Asked him to clarify... he put the phone down... avoid at all cost
