I recently had the pleasure of calling a top-notch drainage company, Drainage Consultants, and I have nothing but positive things to say about their services. It’s not the most glamorous topic to discuss over the phone, but when your toilet is blocked and backing up, you need a professional outfit to rectify the situation. The company gave me a consultation over the phone and arrived on time for the appointment in Bramhall. When they arrived they took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assess the issues with my toilet and drains. They then provided me with a clear and detailed plan of action, outlining the steps they would take to address the problem. This was great to hear as I had earlier called another drainage company who were only interested in the price they wanted for the job, rather than how to rectify my situation. Throughout the short time they were here, the guys kept me informed and updated on their progress. They were incredibly efficient and completed the work in a timely manner, always ensuring that everything was done to the highest standard. Most importantly, the work that they did was effective and has completely resolved the drainage issues on my property. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of drainage services. They truly went above and beyond my expectations and I would not hesitate to use their services again. From the time they arrived to cleaning up was well under an hour. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Drainage consultants. We have been experiencing problems with our drains for a few weeks, we had a plumber rlook at it but he couldn’t help us. I called drainage consultants and spoke to Richard who was very helpful. He sent a team out to us who arrived within 2 hours. The team were extremely polite and knowledgeable, took their time to explain the issue, resolved it and cleaned up any mess created. Would highly recommend

I had a problem with my drains and spoke to Richard at Drainage Consultants, I thought it was a minor problem that was just a clear out but it turned out a lot bigger meaning my main soil pipe had to be moved. This was no trouble for them and they came out straight away, a very professional and prompt service and nothing was too much trouble. They even worked through the bad weather/snow. Very polite and hard working staff. I can’t recommend them enough. Very impressed. 10 out of 10!

I recently had the pleasure of calling Drainage Consultants and was extremely impressed with their level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations and made the entire process easy and stress-free. When I first realised the extent of the blockage at my home I knew I had to rely on a professional company. First and foremost, the team demonstrated a deep understanding of their craft. From the initial phone call they quickly assessed the issue with my drainage system and were able to offer a comprehensive solution that was both effective and affordable. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed and provided clear explanations of what they were doing and why. When they used a camera to check that the drain was clear, it blew my mind with that sort of technology. I didn’t realise this was included in the quote I was given!! In addition to their technical expertise, I was also impressed with the level of customer service provided by Drainage Consultants. Every member of the team was friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure that I was completely satisfied with their work. They were also prompt and efficient, completing the job ahead of schedule and leaving my driveway clean and tidy. Overall, I would highly recommend Drainage Consultants Limited to anyone in need of drainage services. Everything set them apart from the competition, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in. I sent an enquiry form on their website today and received a phone call within an hour. Richard who rang me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, explaining my options and the process involved very well. I was really impressed with the time he took to help with our problem. I would definitely recommend them for drainage work. They did replace a drain of ours a couple of years ago and I was impressed with their work and customer service then too.
