Lee Coleman1 StarDO NOT BUY YOUR MATTRESS FROM THIS COMPANY!! We chose dreams because we wanted a brand we can trust. Approximately 4 months after buying our £1300 mattress it started to dip and bulge at the sides.
Initially the store and customer services were a great help, couldn’t do enough. The ‘engineer’ came out and measured the dips in the mattress. He was personally appalled by the state of it.
Apparently they aren’t ‘deep enough’ for the retailer to stand by the stock they’re selling.
It’s very difficult to get hold of them when you work full time with the ridiculously long wait times - don’t bother emailing you get an automated response to say ‘we’re busy’.
I called again today after a month of back and forth for a very rude assistant to tell me they won’t do anything as it’s not a Dreams manufactured mattress. So basically they they don’t tell you that they won’t stand by the mattresses they sell until you take it home and it’s faulty, then they tell you ‘sorry we didn’t manufacture it, we just sold it to you’
These horrendous dips in this £1300 4 month old mattress are apparently not deep enough by 0.5cms!!!!!
The lady I spoke to on the phone was rude and explained that there is no value in the customer knowing if Dreams have manufactured the products they’re selling…. Well, as the customer parting with such a large amount of money for something I’m buying in good faith, I disagree.Tuesday 25th October 2022
Amma3 StarI ordered my ottoman storage bed online in early May, as I was moving house later that month. I was told the bed would be available around early July, so I prepared to sleep on the sofa for 6 weeks. Mid-June I was told the bed wouldn't arrive until late September , possibly later- at this point I had already been on the sofa for a month and didn't want to sleep there for another 3 + months, so I decided to cancel the order. I was annoyed but thankfully found a similar bed from another company that was delivered within 3 weeks. Not a great service from Dreams, but they did at least refund my purchase fairly quickly which is why I'm giving 3 stars and not one.Saturday 9th July 2022

Customer service= 1/5 because they didn't deliver my bed and mattresss when promised and then gave a silly excuse as to why it couldn't be delivered. However they get one star because the girl on the phone when i called was very helpful. So she's gets the only star I am willing to give.
Online service= 0/5 the web chat is a robot that doesn't give you any useful information and doesn't work properly. Your IT department need to look into making your website function better guys.
Overall you get 1 out of 5 mainly because of the poor customer service/ communication.Wednesday 26th January 2022
