peter burns1 StarThis morning I walked in the store to buy a mattress at 10am. The sole assistant pointed to 3 and walked off to his office. After looking at those he had pointed to I had some questions for the elusive sales person, I was shortly joined by another prospective customer who had experienced the same service yesterday. After 10 minutes I gave up and went home.Tuesday 10th January 2023

Mollie A5 StarVisited the elk mill store today having a look at mattresses, as first time buyers we were clueless in what mattresses best suited us as we both have opposite preferences. Asad was so welcoming and educated us with the mattresses using the sleep match machine to see which suited us best. After a chat about two mattresses he showed us a third mattress which was a perfect medium between the two options. Asad even took into account our sleeping positions which we only briefly mentioned by giving us a different pillow each that suited us individually without us even realising how much of a personalised experience he gave. We advised we would like to return upon purchase of our custom bed, we weren’t pressured into sale by asad. We can’t wait to return and purchase this mattress with such a lovely staff member.Saturday 1st October 2022
Steve RC kingz5 StarWas met by Cheryl and Ethan in the Dreams Elk mill store in Oldham on the 12th August 2022. They were very knowledgable about their products and both had great customer service skills. They gave me a lot of excellent advice and information on beds and mattresses. These two staff members are a credit to the Dreams store in Oldham. I didn’t know there was so much to consider when buying a bed and a mattress. They also made me feel very comfortable during my visit and didn’t rush me at all. I bought a mattress and mattress topper from the store and have bought a bed online because of speaking to Ethan who gave me a lot of information about beds. I would have bought it from the store but didn’t have time to go back today. I will be purchasing all my bedding products from these two at the dreams Elk Mill store in Oldham.Friday 12th August 2022
Carl Eden5 StarBought a replacement mattress. Friendly and helpful staff and the free bottled water didn't do any harm on such a hot day! Alas the mattress will take around 12 weeks to arrive which is a shame but it is a special order.Tuesday 19th July 2022
