Joseph Thompson1 StarTook our car through AA to be fixed regarding a clutch fault. On return and apparent clutch replacement, it worked for about a month then had the same fault. Took it there again, cost us more money, and 5 days after getting it back it broke again. Took it to another garage who stated there was no clutch fluid, the clutch had not been replaced, and due to the garage’s incompetence they had essentially wrecked the gearbox, thereby costing us thousands of pounds in repairs. Emailed (24/9) and outlined this to DS and Sons, with no reply in 2 weeks. Given them a final chance to respond in 3 days before we then approach small claims court to take this further. Shambolic service with seemingly no regard for how their malpractice impacts people who pay good money.Sunday 8th October 2023

A shambles of a garage.
Far too many cars on site for the amount of staff. My vehicle went in with an intermittent problem. 5 weeks later and £2000+ charged to my warranty company and it comes out with a permanent fault. They've no clue what they're doing.
No communication from garage, excuse after excuse.
Avoid these cowboys at all costs.
Got car fixed at a proper outfit for fraction of the cost.Wednesday 6th September 2023

I was booked in fairly quickly and there was great communication from the start.
I was dealing with Damien who was professional and was great at communicating.
He even rang me for an update after the garage was shut.
Any questions I had, he replied or rang me instantly and I was confident my car was in safe hands.
Damien also reassured me that if I have any further issues to contact him.
This garage definitely deserves 5 stars and I will be back for my MOT (hopefully no further issues)

After a week told the car have problems with Turbo and Injectors, but my warranty company not accepted and I paid £50 for diagnose and the warranty company send me to other garage and they fix for £285.
The Turbo and Injectors had no issues at all.
Maybe they are not good qualified or they are not honest, hope they make some good changes.
By the way the lady on phone for booking and cancellation was helpful and kind.Sunday 2nd July 2023
