It's a really nice shop lovely to walk around it's a little cramped though, just walking around I felt as though I was on top of everything. Saying that they have some lovely items and the staff are really helpful especially the lady that was on the door Wednesday afternoon I asked where were the trolleys as there wasn't any in store and she happily went outside and picked one up for me. I thought that was so nice of her and very good customer service. There is a coffee shop upstairs i didn't have time to try it. 😊

Had an awful shopping experience. Few of the staff were very rude. All my shopping was put away leaving my toddlers coat and hat in basket because I didn't take the basket with me upstairs . I wanted to quickly grab few items from the upstairs shopping area and decided to leave the basket downstairs and carry my 20 month old.

5 stars for the shop and welcome on entrance and a very pleasant check out lady. However the cafe was a big disappointment 😞. We came at 4.30pm (it shuts at 5pm) so we thought enough time for a coffee and a scone. The lady serving appears to have had a bad day. The coffee was lukewarm and the scone somewhat stale. (not her fault?) but was it really necessary to noisily move tables and chairs brushing the floor up to our table? A disappointing experience.
