After years of trudging around in chain gyms I saw this gym advertising a 14 day trial. The induction was informative and the sessions are very challenging. You have constant support from the coaches who check on your progress and goals regularly. I won't look back now.

BELIEVE THE HYPE!! I’ve never enjoyed exercise and was so nervous at the idea of joining a gym, never mind circuit classes involving weights and tyres!! Walking into that induction is without a doubt the best thing I’ve done - for both my physical and mental health. Six weeks in and the results speak for themselves. All of the coaches are incredible - patient, supportive and motivating. The routines give you structure but change often enough that you don’t get bored. Word of warning - don’t join unless you plan on getting seriously hooked 😂

I have been going to this Gym for nearly 3 years now. (Come to think of it time flies when your having fun!!) I have never been a member of a gym for so long! Everyone is so friendly and Dan and all the Team work so hard to please all members and make you feel welcome. They also know everyone's names, its a great personal touch! Fab gym!

I joined DF in July after not going to the gym in 15 years. I was scared and nervous, but my mind was very quickly put to rest. I attend 4 times a week most weeks and have done since July. The members and staff are just amazing and the community is just brilliant! The team, sessions and support has been unbelievable - these guys really care. would not have been able to do this and continue without them! Hands down the best gym around!

Absolutely love being back at durable fitness after having two babies. The staff are on hand to motivate and support me each week. I have been to many gyms in the past and none of them are as effective as durable fitness it! I wouldn't go anywhere else now and have recommended to friends and family. Thanks guys.
