rayed Alqahtani1 StarThe worst delivery company ever. I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered for 7 days. Everyday, they give me a time to delivery my order which just lying time. They wasted my time( I did not got to the university when they gave delivery time slot) and they did not deliver the parcel. I am concerned that my order has been damaged because of the way they store and delivered the order and this might lead to health issues. I contacted the DX twitter account and they just apologized without any action. They did not deserve even a half of star.Wednesday 7th September 2022
Heather Smith5 StarExcellent delivery service! I was kept informed via text and could then track my parcel online when it was out for delivery. The delivery man (Tony) also brought the parcel into my home as it was very heavy.Thursday 1st September 2022
Nathan Wesbroom1 StarI work from home so delivery should of been easy however the drivers don't seem to understand how to deliver, I am literally in my apartment all week and when they said they TRIED to deliver my parcel I had no ring at my door or on my phone. They tried it twice on the monday and tuesday no message, no call, no knock on the door. Try to contact them can't get through to any humans - goes to the LIVE CHAT nope no one there. If this company can't deliver simple things I can tell you I wouldn't be investing in money in it.Tuesday 2nd August 2022
