The service from the team at Edward Mellor has been outstanding when it comes to both the sale of my property and the purchase of a new one so far. All of the team are always easy to get hold of and communicate effectively with their clients. The service has been efficient and I have felt comfortable approaching everyone when needed. Mike has supported me very well with the sale of my property and offered excellent advice from start to finish. I would highly recommend Edward Mellor and would use the agent again in the future!

Sent a web request for information on a property for sale. They sent me an email saying they tried to call me and for me to call them. Unfortunately I use my phone for texts and emails as I have a communication disability so phoning isn’t a possibility. It’s a shame that society is so ableist. I sent a web request for a reason... for information. I only need this information provided. I don’t need a verbal conversation about it. Is this for information to be gathered about me?? You could potentially have stopped a clients sale here as well as just made your properties inaccessible to me. On the positive. Quick response

The team at Ed Mellor have been great. We had an issue where unfortunately our buyer dropped out but they responded immediately, lined up viewings for the following weekend and secured a sale for us. I have been very happy with the service so far, especially from Megan, Jo, Amy and Claire. Great team.
