This was the worse service ,i have ever had from a garage. it was a frightening experience as a women .The circumstances are i drove in to the garage to get a Mot ,a man who said he was the owner started shouting you should not drive in and get out of his garage. i apologise i said would drive out just thought had to bring into the garage for my Mot .He continued to shout in my face and say why did you do it and was very intimidating. i was scared and felt traumatised by this event .. He was challenging and so angry. was concerned he was not stable . As a lone women i consider this behaviour unprofessional and violent and would be concerned about the standards of work undertaken by the individual .i will be taken the matter further. but like to warn other customers about this concerning , aggressive behaviour.
