Alison Walters5 Star5-star service from Lee and Electrotech to repair the instrument cluster on my Ford C-Max. From initial contact and coming to take the part out to bringing it back and issuing a 2-year warranty, I can't fault the service. The repair was well priced and good value for money because my car went from limp mode back to perfectly reliable, at a much cheaper cost than a replacement car. Al C5 StarAbsolutely excellent service from Lee at Electrotech. My car had been off the road for over three weeks in Limp mode and garages had been unable to pinpoint the fault. A Ford garage recommended Electrotech who I phoned - the next day Lee arrived and removed the dash and by the end of the week the cluster fault had been repaired and dash reinstalled in the car. ShipBuilding5 Star8 months ago in August 2021 my Focus 2010 instrument cluster was displaying worrying error messages like "ENGINE MALFUNCTION".
Turned out it was just the instrument cluster that was faulty. Electrotech did a great job of fixing it and it's not put a foot wrong since.Friday 8th April 2022
