Visited recently for the first time after growing my hair for 2 years to donate to charity. I was a bit nervous but I definitely didn't need to be. Anabel was AMAZING. Talked me through how the haircut would be, understood the look I wanted and was such a lovely person to chat to. She nailed it! Chopped 13 inches off and I LOVE it! I'm so happy to have found my hairdresser and will definitely be back. Plus...free parking right outside, cafe on site. Brilliant location!

Went to this Salon last night for my powder brows (to fix the terrible ones that I had done already that had gone purple!). Very welcoming salon and I know Emily from my area and she had done me a dermaplane facial last week at her home which was lovely and my face still feels so soft and fantastic. All the staff were very professional and friendly and made me feel at ease from start to finish as its always a bit nerve racking on a first visit. Got to say the procedure on my brows was effortless , not painful and the girls kept me updated and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Love my brows now to the point that I got emotional on how lovely and corrected they now look and make such a difference to my face and can’t wait to go back for my top up 😀 Lovely salon would definitely recommend any treatment here and bonus lots of parking.

Absolutely amazing salon and great, professional and friendly staff who always make you feel welcome. Mo goes above and beyond for her clients and shows a lot of patience when I have to take my young children too. The quality and service of all treatments at Salon 11 is fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Would totally recommend.

lovely nails and hair at Eleven Salon. Nails by Mo love them ! and such a great wash and blow dry from Annabel definitely worth a visit and you don't need to be a member at Total Fitness to book in!

I had a balayage colour and cut this weekend. My hair was in a bit of a mess, my colour which I had had done somewhere else was very grown out and my hair felt limp. The girls at Eleven absolutely transformed my hair. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and explained exactly how they were going to achieve it. They were applied the colour so carefully whilst also being quick which is really good because blonde hair can take so long to do. I absolutely love the finished result, my hair feels in amazing condition, the colour is incredible light whilst natural and blended in with my natural colour. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend Eleven to any of my friends
