All our team at Elite Hair have been working hard to put in place all the measures needed to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff during these uncertain times of the covid-19 pandemic. Having worked hard with our Industry advisors and in accordance with the Government guidelines, we have now implemented the following procedures:-

Anyone showing Symptoms of Covid-19, or anyone living with someone who is showing signs of covid-19, will be asked to reschedule their appointment.

On arrival at the salon for your appointment, all clients will be asked to complete a simple form so we can comply with the new track and trace legislation / requirements. This information will be kept by the salon for one month and then destroyed.

Anyone entering the salon will be subject to a temperature check. Anyone displaying a temperature will be asked to reschedule their appointment.

All Clients MUST wear a face mask whilst in the salon. These will be provided unless you prefer to use your own.

Hand Sanitizer will be available for use in the salon. Clients are asked to sanitize on arrival at the salon and again when they leave after their service.

Handwashing facilities are available for clients to wash their hands.

All Clients are asked to attend at their appointed time as there is no reception area at this time. If you arrive early, then you will be asked to either wait in your car or to have a browse around the village.

All clients will have to arrive on their own and not in groups so that we can maintain social distancing within the salon. In the case of children only 1 child and one adult will be allowed for safety reasons.

Any client who is more than 10 minutes late for their appointment will be asked to reschedule. We will be working on a one stylist per client basis so we can maintain social distancing within the salon.

All clients are asked to bring a bag with them so they can place their coats and handbags in them and have them with them. Alternatively, please leave your coats in the car as we are unable to use the hangers as previously used. Clients will be taken to their allotted stylist station on arrival. Please follow the floor distancing markings on the walkways we are remaining at a 2-metre distance for the safety of everyone.

All Stylists will be wearing P.P.E. these will be in the form of a face shield, mask, and gloves. All masks and gloves will be changed and disposed of after every use / client and replaced with fresh ones.

All stylists equipment will be sterilised before and after every use and new equipment will be used on each client.

All stylists sections, backwash mirrors, reception desk, doors, light switches, and door handles will be sanitized after each client. All client gowns and towels will be disposed of after every use and replaced with fresh ones.

Payments can be made by card and at the stylists station. This will help reduce traffic in the salon. This is the preferred method of payment however you can pay by cash or if you would prefer to do a bank transfer then please contact the salon 24 hours before your appointment to set this up.

We are unable to accept walk in appointments currently.

Although refreshments and magazines have had to be withdrawn at this time, Bathroom facilities are available to clients and include sanitizer products to eliminate cross contamination, however if you can refrain from using them to minimise salon traffic tis would be greatly appreciated.

Please be aware that a 24-hour notice period is required for cancellations.
