I went from brown with some orange and brassy bleached sections to a beautiful pearly blonde balayage. Everyone is really friendly and knowledgeable. Amy Elizabeth1 StarTerrible. I had an appointment to discuss colouring my hair and the girl took a strand test and told me she would send me photos of how it turned out. I didn’t hear anything for a few days so I rang them to find out if it had worked and she told me the colour worked quite well but she’d thrown my hair away so I couldn’t see what the result was going to look like. Since it was a huge change and she was going to charge me £270 I wanted to make sure it was the colour I wanted. She seemed a bit put out that I wanted to know how it was going to look. She was rude on the phone so I cancelled. I found a better hairdresser who matched my hair perfectly and charged me less than half the price.Monday 21st March 2022
