Kath Dumerans3 StarThe car on hire to me via volvo assist from northwich branch. Was quite mucky inside when delivered & had message showing it needed adblu. I had to go to hyde enterprise who were Brill & filled it for me. But I shouldn't have had go do this. Not the best experience .Monday 7th November 2022

The entire team were excellent both on the collection and return of the car, but I have to give a special mention to Branch Manager Saul (apologies if I’ve got the name wrong!). I had some issues with my bank when picking up the car and Saul was extremely patient and accommodating in helping me to find a solution. Saul’s hospitable and kind nature put me at ease and ensured that I was on my way in no time at all. The car itself was in brilliant condition (both maintenance and appearance) which made my trip even better. Last time I hired a car from them was in august 2020, got a free upgrade and the car I was given was excellent. ( I loved it so much i would of bought an identical car if I could only afford it ;-( )Monday 12th April 2021
