Terrible company. I was given a faulty car which included the oil light coming on and it was bright red and hardly any coolant. I had to miss work due to this. Called the garage up to report the problem and told the guy on the phone that I will be missing work to which he replied ‘well, you would ring me 40 minutes before’… clearly that’s because the fault had happened 40 minutes before I was due to leave for work. Told me the only thing they could do was send a van. I was told I had 14 days to keep the hire car, the next day my car was fixed and they had rang me to tell me that they so passionately needed the car back. I planned to take it back on the Friday due to not being able to drop work plans to which they had clearly expected me to and I told then this and they weren’t considerate in the slightest. When I went to pick my car up, I went in to make a complaint to the manager Alex. Alex was not very helpful, he only really cared about the reputation of the company and then had the audacity to ask if I would recommend them to friends or family. I asked Alex if I could see the book which possesses 25 checks on a hire car and he did not show me. He admitted to my that they do not check every car that they receive or is being handed out to customers. I have proof of these faults. If you like your life and enjoy it then I would suggest that you don’t use this particular company. Enterprise… please do not attempt to get in contact with me.

I usually get a feedback link but for some reason I didn't and I meant to leave a Google review but totally forgot. I like to thank Jake for his great customer service and ease to deal with. Even dropped me back to the train station to where i was staying nearby. Thanks to Hazma for the lift. Great lads to deal with and will be dealing with them again.

Would not recommend paying with a credit card as they will start charging you whenever they like. I was put through from insurance company to get a hire car with them. They sent an email around 3pm - when they close around 5pm - wanting their vehicle back without any calls, message or telling me when the car is due back or they will charge me for late return. I called their manager Thomas Carr who agreed as a gesture of ‘goodwill’ to be able to drop off the car the next day which was not a problem. After I have dropped off the vehicle, they have already taken money out of my account the previous day without my permission or even telling me which I didn’t realise. A few weeks later, they then took another random payment (baring in mind I gave them their car back weeks ago already) which only then I realised they started charging me whenever they felt like without any contact. I called their manager who did not know why himself what these charges are for. He said he will refund the money back into my account and after several emails to him for 6 weeks chasing up the refunds, I have still not received. I don’t usually leave reviews but in this case I have to warn everyone who considers using this site.

Enterprise- East 738 Ashton Old Rd, Openshaw, Manchester M11 2PL I found the whole team were brilliant in the way they advised on the car and gave me all the details l required. I recently hired a 9 seater and found the whole service incredible. Tom the manager was always on hand and was very approachable. The whole team are a credit to him, keep up the good work and can recommend choosing this office always.

Booked and paid for a van via website, on arrival being asked to register with CarClub and now they charging me 84£ for a booking which is already paid. No response from CarClub, no response from branch. Highly not recommended.
