Amazing customer service from the Enterprise Rochdale branch. Umar and Zak were really helpful and straight to the point. The new staff member Umar was very friendly and welcoming, it was honestly a 5* service. I was treated with respect and I picked up the CLA and was out within 10 15 minutes, no messing about. Honestly cant thank the guys enough, i would 100% recommend this branch compared to the East Manchester branch. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends. Once again thank you guys.

Enterprise Rochdale were aware my car needed extensive repairs and I had been messed about by the dealership for over 2 months. After such a long time of broken promises, failed repairs and awful customer service it was a breath of fresh air to deal with such a kind and knowledgeable team at Enterprise Rochdale. Whether it is through your application process, training or general ethos of your branch your employees are a testament to what customer service should be. From the first phone call to the handshake when I picked up my rental car, each member of your team was courteous and professional. They each listened to my issue, empathised with how I was feeling and made it their responsibility to find a solution, even though it was not Enterprise Rochdale's responsibility or fault I was having these issues. I must have spoken to at least 3-4 of your employees. To be clear I required a vehicle with a larger boot space to carry out my occupation effectively. The dealership which was hiring the car for me through yourselves, refused to pay the required amount to put me in a like for like car. The Rochdale team did not agree with this and fought my corner without me needing to ask which I appreciate so much. Sadly the dealership's foot was planted and soldered to the ground and they would not move on the offer. Then Zak the branch manager came to be the hero of my issues and offered to put in a vehicle which was more than suitable for what I needed it for at no extra charge to the dealership. The vehicle you supplied me actually allowed me to carry out more tasks than I would with my current vehicle allowing me to overachieve and get tasks done in a more timely manner. So thank you Enterprise Rochdale. You are a credit to customer service and the Enterprise company. You will now be my first go to when needing a rental and who I'll be recommending first. 5 Star all around.

Hired a Luton van to move house over the weekend. Got it Friday 9am untill Monday 9am. Staff were friendly. Van was nice and clean. Always do a walk around. They suggested it. Have a look for any exsisting damage. Take pictures with your phone. The excess is quite steep. They had a look when I returned it and checked for damage. They keep a report of exsisting damage so was nice and straight forward. Easy booking online. Would use again

Booked over phone for a people carrier on 17th and got a booking confirmation too. Booking was done on 15th and was for a family trip. They called back on 16th and informed that they dont have the vehicle at the said time as the vehicle is not back in on time!! Trips are planned keeping in mind a time to start. Whats the point if we get the car late? Why did the phone booking go ahead in the first place on 15th if you cant meet the agreed time? I would have gone with another car rental if you would have given me advanced notice. Its all about the customer, whether on site booking or phone booking. If you cant make it, say it upfront!

Five because they're friendly lads. Would have been 3-4 on the car as it either wasn't the class ordered or they crowbarred in, the smallest model they could find in that category. Had to upgrade but it didn't break the bank.
