They are a suggested safe place to DHL but the workers took the freedom to open my parcel.
They also had the nerve to ask me why I chose DHL to deliver at this location and when I told them I was not at home for personal reasons and showed them the correct parcel details, they complained about it and asked me to NEVER use their location for my parcel anymore.
Bad customer service and they damaged the contents of my parcel.Thursday 24th March 2022
