Madhu Tanjorkar1 StarI was charged £57 for basic hair cut. Never the less I wasn't offered the 30%discount when cut by the new stylist as I wasn't aware of their post on fb only to find out later. While I was there neither was I offered the basic 15% discount or a refund when I asked for it. The hair cut I wanted was no close to the one I asked for . Very disappointed.
The new stylist was very friendly and warm. I enjoyed the experience however all other pointers together put my experience to 1 star..Wednesday 23rd February 2022
Carlie Foster5 StarAfter having issues with patch test reactions for 9 months, the thought of not being able to colour my hair anymore made me feel incredibly low. Jonathan at Est 14 was absolutely brilliant and really looked after me. He ordered a special PPD free and ammonia free product he used to use in salon and was so incredibly careful about not touching my scalp the whole way through. I can't tell you how happy I am I can have my blonde hair again. This is a hair salon that really cares about it's customers and they go out of the way to help you.
