Best place to get parts for my car never had any issues at all, great standards, quality and cost effective goods. Fantastic customer faced service from Alex and never had to wait longer than 3 minutes to pick up my parts. Unlike some places where male chauvinism is standard, I’ve always been treated as a highly valued female customer.

Terrible customer service, I called to check information about a collection order that I made. The adviser is very patronising, rude and sounds like he doesn’t like his job. I would like to be treated with the same respect that he would like to be treated with. I feel like I don’t want to call again and that’s poor customer service. Maybe he should take a break ? Or not take his problems to work ?
