Got great, friendly and helpful service from Harry - particularly appreciated as I was only buying a cheap commuter bike and I often find that bike shop staff don't have much time for you if you're spending at least £500! So thank you very much Harry!

Been into today to collect my new bike! Didn’t have too much a clue what to go for! Asa was fantastic and guided my through the whole process efficiently! After reading reviews on a particular bike, I’ve been in to the Trafford store twice to look at the frames, try them out for size and ask questions. Both times staff have been very helpful, patient and pleasant to speak with. Today we were assisted by Matthew who was great. I’m new to biking and the experience in store was a good one, resulting in the purchase of a Trek Marlin 6. There’s also a follow up service too. Thanks to the team for great customer service.

This is the ONLY place you need to come for a bike. We came in to store today and Asa helped us look through all the options and guided us to all the different operating systems and brands etc … He gave us excellent advice to which we proceeded to buy 2 electric bikes! There is a reason why this store gets incredible reviews. It’s because they know their stuff and they look after you when you are in store. The staff are all really friendly. Thank you to Store manager Nick and Assistant Manager Asa for looking after us and having a laugh. You made our day! Thanks guys! To anyone reading - I can highly recommend this store and these guys. Super helpful.
