I would like to say thank you for a beautiful and professional service for my Grandad Fred. Having worked hard his whole life my Grandad made it very clear he ‘didn’t want ripping off on his last day’. Fair price funerals offer you everything that other funeral directors do, at an equal or better standard, for a much fairer price. They are a true breath of fresh air in a profit based world and we will be recommending their service to anyone who needs them. From the moment I picked up the phone to them I knew he was in good hands. Every phone call or email thereafter arranging his funeral was thoughtful, easy and well explained. On the day the modern Mercedes’ hearse was driven by the nicest guys you could wish to meet. The oak veneer coffin looked tasteful and classy. Fair price funerals. The recent funerals of my sister in March and my husband, in April, were expertly organised, professionally and sensitively carried out. Once we booked, they took care of all the details and followed all our wishes for a really brilliant send off for my husband, we were thrilled to be the first to book the land rover defender to carry my husband and they even found a sound effect of Lancaster bomber taking off and flying over the chapel, as the curtains closed. Both inclusions were of significance to our family. I have written with my thanks to Sally and the team at fair price funerals, trying to convey how grateful we are for the whole experience . Sally organized and arranged great people to complete the day in a lovely way,from Fiona who led at the cremetorium excellently,to the printers who did a great job of the order of service. The four men who took care of dad through to the cremetorium and were so considerant of us all. The whole day was made as good as it could be by the great service provided by this team . Fair Price Funerals gave an outstanding service when my husband died in the midst of the Corona crisis. Their attention to detail was second to none. In spite of florists shops being closed, the flowers they produced were absolutely beautiful! I cannot praise them highly enough.They were so respectful and courteous. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
