I love this store and I’m so proud to even call this store my local store. I’ve ordered £1 deal today delivered all items included large loaf of bread, large cheese block, large crisp, bunch of bananas, carton of blackcurrant drink all for £1. I’ve not done a review and I was inspired as we always ordering and using there hot food and dessert service. The staff are always friendly polite and the store has lots to offer online and in store. Great choices and great prices considering you getting it delivered under 1 hour. Keep up the community spirit Family Shopper Broadoak

Pleasant experience overall, ordered a veggie pizza and some chips was very nice. Was treated great and will definitely be trying the other vegetarian options very soon

Excellent service. Ordered 4 x All day English breakfast with some beer. Outstanding and large portions and really tasty. Then we placed our 2nd order in the evening for cakes, milkshakes and waffles. Really recommend it the delivery is cheap and the desserts are outstanding. Drivers are extremely friend me and kids love the pink cars. Prices for beers and wines delivered within a hour is extremely cheap and convenient.

I seen the stores award winning post today so congratulations and they are also 5 star rated. Reluctant to order kids convinced me to order Milkshakes, waffles and cakes. To my astonishment they were scrumptious and real value for money. We have found our new place to order and at the fraction of the price where we normally order from. I don’t normally do reviews but with the current affordability and disposable income is non existent. People really need to be told this place is delicious and amazing value. This store really provide value for money. I took advantage of the one day exclusive. Well deserved award. Brilliant Mark

The only reason it’s one star, is because you can’t give zero stars!! While other shops in the area have been outstanding; broad oak in terms of service and customer relations were appalling! We ordered for delivery in the early evening, and eventually cancelled the order when the time went past 10 o’clock. The money was taken anyway and when my partner queried it, she was told that as the address was mine, I needed to confirm that the order wasn’t delivered. When I did this, we were promised a refund. the promise wasn’t kept. We received a call from them from someone calling themselves Krupti who demanded to know where “she was going to get this money from as the driver claims the delivery went through, and he is honest.” all the time having a side conversation with another woman in Gujarati, insisting we were “ telling lies, they’re just lying!” because the driver claimed he delivered it. (Guess who speaks gujarati ) Now a week later the refund has gone through, but I’ll starve before I buy a single thing from this bunch of clowns again!
