Rang Thursady morning and booked an appointment for 6 on Friday as I was desperate for a hair cut (been advised not to by loads of people but I was desperate) so rushed to get there for 6 on the Friday after work to be told there not doing anymore now and that I never rang and booked in so really they just called me a liar but just looked to me that they were getting bladderd and haveing there annual broke back mountaining meeting with there mates and playing computer games very rude and unprofessional like I've been told by looks of people. but on reflection looking at the state for there hair cuts I'm glad I was turned down and I don't wanna look like poodle been dragged though a bush backwards at 100 miles an hour while on fire

Used to go to Famous Henry's and received a great service. I've been again twice in recent months with my son. Sadly, this is no longer the case. When you walk through the door, there is no greeting. No-one asking if you'd like a drink, like they used to. The barbers cut hair with minimal interactions with the customers. I witnessed them wandering off for a long break between each cut despite lots of people waiting. Freddy was cutting my son's hair - in silence - and when my son moved his head too many times, Freddy said he would 'cut' him next time. I'm sure that these were nothing more than an unfortunate choice of words - but given these were pretty much the only thing he said to him the entire time, it's not surprising that my son is frightened to go back. My son is 9 year old, and according to their price list available both online and on the premises, the cut should have cost £10 . However I was charged £15. When I queried why I was told that it was weekend prices - even though it was only Friday. Safe to say that we won't be going again.

My partner uses Famous Henry's regularly for his cuts and always done a good job. Sadly he has tried 3 times this week to get in and every time he has been turned down due to short staff (understandable). Today on his 3rd attempt he was told they are closing early but stated on Google they are open until 6pm. This is very disappointing and a real shame. I hope this will get managed better in the future.

Been here three times now, each time I've been looked after by a different barber. Each one of them have been fantastic, their attention to detail is spot on. Would highly recommend a trip here.

Took our two boys aged 9 and 17 and both have a superb haircut, lovely and professional, a little dearer on a Sunday but worth it.
