When my Granny passed away we were left a couple of my Grandad’s paintings that he had done years ago. They were located in Manchester, UK and my Aunt kindly arranged to ship them to us in Canada through PACK & SEND UK a company that claims to handle “fine art shipping”. Pack & Send arranged a pick up for the items from my Aunt and they themselves package and send your item. The paintings were then consigned to TNT Express(FedEx) to deliver them via airmail. We were charged approx £330 ($572 cdn) for this service. The pictures below were taken at the FedEx depot in Calgary where we were given our shipment in this condition. At no point along the shipment process were we notified that there was severe damage to our shipment. This is BEYOND the realms of normal wear and tear from shipping an item. I can expect that maybe the glass would have a crack or the frame may have broken during shipment But our paintings look like they were run over by a truck. These are irreplaceable, which is why we paid a large amount to have them shipped correctly and safely through a company that deals with this regularly. It turns out these would have been safer going through Canada Post! Pack & Send had sent us an e-mail stating that they were very apologetic and would like to know if the paintings could be restored. They asked me to obtain a quote from an art restorer and send to them. I did this and sent them the official quote which was a cost of $4,856.25 (CDN). Pack & Send has now come back and stated they are only going to cover as much as the insurance that was taken out on the value of the paintings, £400 oh and TNT Express(FedEx) has graciously chipped in an extra £100. That does not even begin to fix these priceless paintings! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY SHIPPING ANYTHING OF VALUE TO YOU

Three times failed to deliver my parcel with a passport. Arrived but didn't ring the doorbell, didn't make a phone call, just no efforts to deliver a parcel. Terrible service.

Terrible service . I’ve waited 4 days for a passport to be delivered that I’ve had fast tracked . They ve lied and said they ve tried to deliver it . How does this company get a job to supply such important documents when they are clearly not up to the job .

Shocking. Waited over 4 days for a delivery, received absolutely no correspondents whatsoever from TNT to inform delivery is en route or I have 'missed delivery'. On hold for over 30 minutes to Trafford Park Depot and no answer or call back option given. Most other couriers offer SMS/Email delivery update; it's non existent with TNT.

TNT have failed to even attempt delivery of my passport twice now - 2 days in a row I've waited home all day and both times they claim to have tried but were "unable". They didn't even ring the doorbell! Now I'm expected to wait in for a third day in the hopes they bother this time? Absolutely terrible service
