ll q5 StarGreat service - can't fault at all. The website said open from 6am, I rang up at 6:15am, my scrap metal was gone before 9am. Excellent communication throughout - I wasn't home at the time but they let me know when they were coming and told me when they were gone. If only everything operated this efficiently. They took away both my washing machine (down a flight of stairs) and cast iron which was very heavy with no fuss whatsoever. He informed me before he arrived and then when he left. How efficient.
