First city have just completed the takeover of 3 sites which I manage. I can’t recommend enough, we have fire alarms, CCTV and intruder alarms on each site several of which needed complete replacements. The whole process of deal with them from the surveyor that attended site to the engineers and office staff giving updates on certain aspects of the job. We chose to switch from one of the bigger companies as the customer service and attention we needed just wasn’t there, I feel with first city every customer gets treat the same with a lot of care and with the customer first.
