Following a car crash, my insurance company sent me to Fix Auto's for the crash repair. I was a bit shook up to say the least but the receptionist Debra was such a warm friendly character and she put me at ease straight away. She arranged for the courtesy car to be dropped off to my door whilst they took away my car for repair. The gentleman who dropped off the courtesy car was friendly and professional and explained fully how to drive the courtesy car which was an automatic electric hybrid and was completely new to me and his help put my mind at ease. I cannot sing the praises high enough of the receptionist Debra who was amazing and kept me informed every step of the way. She would tell me when she would be calling with an update & was always true to her word. If I had a question she couldn't answer, she would speak to the team there and then and come back straight away with the answer. I have just received my car back today and the repair work is first class. They have provided me with a warranty of the work that thay have carried out and said any problems what so ever just to get in touch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is exceptional and their team of mechanics are clearly up to any job presented to them.
