I had been struggling with crippling back pain, due to an injury, for over a year and was unable to lift anywhere close to what I could previously as well as struggling day to day walking/moving around. However, Francesca had the skills required to correct my back and I am now pain free altogether and back to getting PBs in the gym!!! She's really skilled and knowledgeable about what she does and will put you at ease during sessions by making it clear what to expect - very professional and a good energy to be around. Can't thank her enough for her help!

Absolutely amazing. When I first visited I could not walk properly and could not even get upstairs. After only 2 sessions I have my mobility back and hope in a further 2 sessions I will be completely pain free. I cannot recommend enough and seeing is believing. If your in pain it’s worth every penny to see Francesca. Thank you so much your are a miracle worker 🙏🏽👌🏽👍🏽

Francesca is very professional and knowledgeable. Great service and was able to resolve the issue I had with my neck and right upper back/shoulder. Will continue going to Francesca for lower back and maintenance as I am quite physically active.

Suffering from lower back pain which also causing me all sorts of pain when running sometimes even walking, after few treatments, no more pain when I walked and able to run a little bit longer before the pain hits as before I couldn’t do longer than 10 mins. She definitely know her stuff and really targets your problems, unlike some therapist that they don’t really cares.
