After the poor experience from JD I went to Footasylum were i was greeted by staff. I chose the trainers that I wanted and a tall gentleman looked after me and was quick and efficient. Very good experience and my little girl got the trainers she wanted. There was a lady at the stairs who said good bye and have a nice day. I will be coming back. Thabkyou.

I was in the store in Trafford Centre this evening and a lovely young woman who worked there named Irene ( so I was told that she was called Irene of another member of staff when I asked) well she truly went above and beyond in helping me with items I wanted and another item that wasn't in stock she helped me sort it out online plus other bits and bobs that wasn't going right for me at the time regarding my purchases, unfortunately the person who was above her had just left the store so I didn't get to let her know how fantastic her member of staff was in helping me., So I just want to say a great big thank you and I hope you truly get the recognition you truly deserve Irene Thank you .

Good place but staff could be more experienced, I have bought some stuff and they forgot to remove the tags and once I stepped out their it started beeping , and i know no big deal but for a second I felt embarrassed everyone looking at like me like I robbed something.
