We make ourselves available for appointments during lunch time and at the beginning and end of the day. We re-arrange our own meetings and work schedule to suit the needs of our clients. We can also arrange home/office visits. Evening and weekend
appointments are available for a small additional fee.

We also have good access via public transport.
Handy Hints on using any Solicitor: If we are not able to help and you need to use another firm of solicitors, here are a few handy hints:- a) Always ask for a quote or an estimate. This reduces the likelihood of a dispute. If you receive an estimate always set an upper limit for your Solicitor.
b) Clarify your quote / estimate. Does it include vat and disbursements? What steps are included and what is the likely number of hours needed to complete the matter?
c) Think about different scenarios. What if the facts or circumstances change?
d) Check the grade of the Solicitor who will be handling your case. You may be getting a case worker / file manager when you think you are paying for a Partner. Usually the grades will be Partner, Associate, Assistant, Trainee, Case worker/file manager.
e) Check the firm is able to work to your timescales.
f) Instructions to your Solicitor should be clear, concise and given in plenty of time to enable work to be scheduled to your timescale.
g) Keep in regular contact and at regular intervals to check on progress.
h) Carefully read all the small print, especially when signing the estate agents marketing and advertising agreement. After all, when is small print ever in favour of the consumer?
