Jack Whiteway1 StarWent to sell my car today after getting an online valuation. I have never been treated like I had been whilst at this garage! I would never go there again, even to use the toliet, never mind buy anything off them! Customer service was appalling. Went to Arnold Clark and they were more than happy to help. Seemed like I was putting Ford out by being there and the salesman couldn’t be bothered at all! DON’T USE THIS GARAGE!!!Saturday 5th June 2021
Ahmed Ismail1 StarUnprofessional service, booked an online appointment to sell my car and waited for more than 1 hour and kept been told “someone will be with you” then to be told over the phone by one of their rude employees that priority given to the customers buying cars.
