Foundation Years Nurseries

Foundation Years Nurseries Debdale is situated in Debdale Park.  We offer excellent quality, traditional childcare and have been rated 'Outstanding' .

We believe that every child is an individual and that the first five years in a child’s life are the most important. It is our philosophy to provide children with a caring learning environment which is both safe and secure in which to explore. We know the positive effects that active learning and the outdoors has on children’s development.

The outdoors plays an essential part of our day to day practice as we consider the natural environment and outdoor play significantly enhances children’s development through exploration and investigation.

We recognise that parents are their child’s first educator which we value highly. Parents and carers are welcome to participate at the nursery and are welcome to see their child in the learning environment.
