I love my new glasses thank you, I can throw my 99p readers in the bin, all ten pairs! Absolutely fantastic, friendly service. Good choice of frames on display from standard to unusual. There’s lots more not on display but were brought out for me to try after I had picked a few that were on show. During the tests I felt at ease and relaxed. I would highly recommend this lovely shop, especially if you want to support a small independent local business 👓👓

FANTASTIC, professional, caring staff, the only place to go if you want the best for your eyes. I can't recommend Fox Stevens enough, the service was excellent 10 out of 10. Thank you lovely ladies and team Fox for my fabulous new glasses and contact lenses i love them (and the cappuccino's).

I tried to schedule an appointment on their website to see, and they rescheduled it twice. And every time I tried to reschedule, I had to enter my personal information all over again. Extremely unprofessional on their part to cancel appointments all the time... why do they offer them in the first place? What makes it worse is that I am a returning patient... way to treat their customers. I'll look for another doctor and never return to this awful, unprofessional practice.

What a wonderful experience I had at my last appointment with Team Fox, a healthy discussion whilst having my eye test asking what I would like as an end product (paraphrased), and I confidently told the optician ‘this, that, and the other’ I chose my faded tint lenses, yes I know, very 1960’s but what the heck. What did I get in a few days time well, exactly what I asked for and fantastic they look too, and do they work? Of course, the best lenses I have ever had, my eyes keep going ALL day not just to midday! Thanks again all at Team Fox. Andy
