Steve5 StarMy Aunt made the best quiches ever, until I had a quiche from Frasers. I warmed it in the oven tonight and it was beyond delicious. I bought it on the spur of the moment the other day whilst buying some beef skirt, which I know will also be delicious in a beef stew tomorrow.
This is a proper, old school butcher's that does everything themselves. Pies, mince, sausages, own cured bacon, you name it. Maybe not only the best butcher's in Bolton, possibly the best butcher's shop you'll find anywhere.Wednesday 3rd November 2021
