Online experience was a little weird as I wasn't told rose was going to be late. I would of appreciated it as It was a gift, For someone 400 miles away from us. Wen I tried to call them I got through to People that had no idea about online orders. they told me to ring another company. Suggestion you should have a telephone number for on-line orders where they Will know about what's going on... Anyway a few days after 4 to 5 telephone conversations the rose arrived safely to Elizabeth. She then told us that a second substantial rose arrived as well. !! That's very good of you and is much appreciated. Her daughter Sarah has just passed recently hence the rose we ordered for her.. I'm sorry if this review started on the downside but at the end of the day all was good. As Elizabeth described the second rose as very substantial I can only assume that the first one at 16 pound odd was particularly smaller than the second. Which is a shame as for the price charged 23 pounds including post isn't cheap.... All in all quite an experience which as I previously said ended in job done well Thanx for your time Colin and Sue

Absolutely massive garden centre. Garden centres can have quite high prices but the items inside was lovely so we didn’t mind paying the extra. They have a great selection of Christmas and other seasonal items. The cafe was lovely. They have a lovely bakery section. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would love to revisit if we are in the area again.

Quite a nice garden centre, despite being almost an hour away from where we live. Nice outdoor section of plants, and you can also see the aircraft taking off from nearby Manchester Airport. Indoor fancy goods section and barbecue equipment and seeds, compost etc. Large car park and close to Knutsford.

Excellent, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Reasonably priced stock & the two rose's I bought " Amber Queen " were really healthy, as were all the rose's we looked at. Thanks Edd for loading our car for us.

Very large garden centre and enjoyed a pleasant couple of hours there with friends. Bought a few things for Christmas presents. Big downside was that when we went to the cafe fora spot of lunch, we were told it was fully booked for next hour. Absolutely ridiculous that you couldn't get a bit of a lunch in a garden centre without booking. Repeat Absolutely ridiculous.
