Catarina S1 StarImpossible to get hold of. Don’t reply to messages. If they do finally visit they don’t say when they’re coming …. or come sooner so you’re not in. If you’re not in on one of their random visits they don’t leave a card to say they called, so you’re none the wiser. Absolutely dreadful customer service. After a very frustrating few months I gave up and am very happy with the company I chose. Avoid!Tuesday 15th March 2022

I rang them three times to arrange for a quotation and each time was promised a call back, but it never came.
My job for them may have been small (this time) but their unprofessional attitude ensures that I will never use them. I think it also speaks volumes as to their likely dealings with any unsuspecting clients they do manage to attract.Thursday 19th September 2019
