The door for disabled access is locked.
They open it for you entering is locked immediately afterwards. So there is no way of leaving without asking.
The manager was asked for it to be left open but said they couldn’t for legal reasons. There is no law that applies to stopping disabled access, but he wouldn’t go back on it.
They also blocked access to the disabled toilet and said if you needed access then you had to ask every time.
