We had the pleasure of meeting Quentin who owns the company, and from the start he explained everything in detail. We ordered a fireplace and fire and we could not have been happier with the service we have received. Quentin kept us informed every step of the way, which a lot of you will know is very rare. If you want to spend time and money looking at fancy showrooms then that's fine but before you spend lots of money with these showrooms ring Quentin and ask him for a price. You will not be disappointed. I would recommend Quentin and his company all day long. So if you want quality, service and value do not go anywhere else.

I was looking for a new fireplace around all the local dealers and was not really happy with the designs or the prices, I Saw Blackrose Designs on the internet and decided to give them a try, The guy i dealt with was Quent he was more than helpful and deliverd on time, Im a big believer in using small local businesses and once again its paid off ! Thanks again BlackRose Designs i would highly recomend !!
