We offer you a range of authentic dishes, including the nation’s favourites, along with smoking Tandoori food straight out of our clay ovens. Is there a story? For those who have met our dad, Ash, will know he is the man behind it all. Growing up in Bangladesh as an ambitious child, he immigrated to the UK and spent the late 70s across the North West as a young, entrepreneurial chef, learning the art of Bangladeshi and Indian cuisine before Gatley Tandoori was born in 1992. Favourite Curry House for dine in or Takeaway. They now do deliveries too which is bad news for my waistline.

Great team. Nothings to much. Friendly and a place we've been to 30+ times and will be going more. Lovely food at a great price. Plus you have to bring in your own beers, again keeps the cost down.

Horrible food and service! Would not recommend!!! Visiting Manchester from New York and ended up in this restaurant. The papadums and starter were fine. But the chicken tikka masala tastes like dessert... Too sweet and too much color. When mentioned to the server they say its mentioned in the description... The description says mild... Does mild mean sweet?? Food was bad but the service was worse!
